Upwood Healing and Mediumship was born from a passion to fight both physical and mental health issues. Amy Sharpe, business founder, makes no secret of her own personal battle back to health from a very dark time in her life.
Learning Holistic Therapy, trusting in spirit and kickstarting her previous belief in the Law of Attraction, Amy not only recovered but grew from the experience and is now dedicated to helping others through healing, spiritual connection, teaching, coaching and guiding people through their own healing journeys.

It is my mission to bring together all of my experience, passion and spiritual knowledge to help others succeed and grow, I am dedicating 2025 to supporting those who are ready to change their lives and achieve their goals!
I am very down to earth, I am a mum, I love all things spiritual, keeping fit, tattoos, cups and Curly wirlys! After working abroad in 2024 I now also have a love of solo travel. Most of all I love to work, I am extremely driven and care passionately about what I do.
I am a Mindset coach, Homeopath, Energy Healer, Holistic Therapist, teacher and Spiritual Medium. I am very proud to have been part of the Spiritual movement for 19 years.
Over 19 years I have harnessed my knowledge of spirituality, the spirit and angelic realms, spiritual healing, and spirit communication. I have sat in many circles, attended development classes, spiritual workshops & read countless books! .
