The Lodge
Our onsite Healing Lodge launched in 2019 and has proved to be a very popular addition to Upwood Holiday park!
At the lodge you can relax and enjoy a range of treatments from a relaxing massage right through to spiritual healing and Mediumship Readings, there is something for everyone so we can guarantee you will leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and uplifted.
Treatments are performed by Amy Sharpe.
Amy is the owner of Upwood Healing, she is a qualified masseuse, Holistic Therapist, NLP Practitioner, Spiritual Healer and Medium. Amy was awarded ‘Highly Recommended Therapist 2019’ by the Centre of Excellence, this was a huge honour after just 6 months in business!
Amy is dedicated to healing and only use the highest quality products to ensure the highest levels of service. The love of spiritualism, helping people and spreading positivity is clear to see in every treatment given.
Spiritual Healing
Chakra Balance and Reset:
If you are struggling with low energy, out of balance emotions and repetitive physical symptoms of being run down you may have a Chakra imbalance, and need Chakra healing. The 7 Chakras are vital for your overall wellbeing and as such, having well balanced Chakras will give you an instant boost in both emotional and physical wellbeing.
A chakra balance at Upwood Healing includes a mix of techniques including Reiki, Crystal Healing and meditation. We believe a mix of techniques creates balance as opposed to just ‘opening’ or ‘healing’ individual chakras.

Usui Reiki:
Reiki is a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of hands on or off, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient’s body and restore physical and emotional well-being.
The Japanese word ‘Reiki’ literally translates as universal life force energy. This system of healing was developed by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century.
Reiki is given fully clothed in a laying or sitting position. It is important to wear comfortable clothing.

Angelic Reiki:
In a one-to-one healing session, Amy channels Angelic healing energy through her body as a direct channel into the client, this can be hands on or off.
The healing takes place whilst you experience total relaxation listening to Angelic Reiki music. The healing energy is channelled from the Angelic Realms via Healing Angels, Archangels, Ascended Masters and Galactic Healers.
The scope of the session can extend to include multi-dimensional healing across generations and lifetimes. Amy will include the use of crystals or other energetic tools such as aromatherapy as appropriate for your individual needs.

Holy Fire Reiki:
The word “Holy” refers to the sense of “wholeness” it helps to create in those who experience it, rather than being religious in nature. Holy Fire ® Reiki was introduced by William Lee Rand, Founder & President of the ICRT, in 2014, and I was lucky enough to be one of the first in the UK trained in this form of Reiki healing. Holy Fire ® Reiki is noticeably more refined and comes from a higher level of consciousness, it is of infinite source and continually upgrades as necessary. It is both a gentle and powerful form of Reiki. It helps to purify and heal, creating balance and “wholeness”. It also empowers and guides you, helping you to find your divine life purpose.

Holistic Therapy
Holistic Therapy Coaching:
Holistic Coaching is used to explore the entirety of a person – Mind, Body and Soul.
On your first visit to Upwood Healing you will receive a full evaluation, including an in depth look into your history, lifestyle, thoughts and feelings, you will then be given treatment options based on who you are as an individual. Coaching, wellness plans and healing will all be included were needed.
Amy is a qualified holistic practitioner who self-healed using holistic healing techniques.
Duration: 60 minute session - £35
NLP Therapy:
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) therapy incorporates NLP, a set of language and sensory-based interventions and behaviour, modification techniques intended to help improve the client’s self-awareness, confidence, communication skills, and social actions. The goals of NLP are to help the client understand that the way one views the world affects how one operates in the world, and that it is necessary to change the thoughts and behaviour patterns that have not proven beneficial in the past.
NLP is very effective for treating phobias, self-limiting beliefs, past traumas, grief, anxiety and communication problems.
Duration: 60 minute session - £35
Mediumship
Available in The Lodge or via Zoom
Amy has been part of the spiritual movement for 16 years and loves nothing more than sharing her love of spirit, the angels and the universe.
Amy has worked very hard with her spirit guides and earthly teachers to develop clairvoyance, clairaudience and clairsentience. Using all three she delivers evidence from the spirit world to bring comfort, guidance and to answer the questions you are struggling to answer.
